Return/Exchange policy.

At Twenty Seventh Avenue we aim to provide our customers with great services and great experiences. If our customers are not completely satisfied with their Twenty Seventh Avenue product(s), please review our return and exchange policy below.

Purchases made on Twenty Seventh Avenue can easily be returned by purchasing our prepaid return shipping label. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping costs. All returned Twenty Seventh Avenue products must be new, and unused in an unworn condition. Accessories are nonrefundable items, due to hygiene reasons. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. For U.S. customers, returns by mail can take up to two weeks to be processed.

When returning an item, fill out the Twenty Seventh Avenue product Return/Exchange Form. Also include the Return/Exchange Form with the item(s) being returned. Package your return in a well padded envelope to prevent any damage. Use your prepaid return label for the outside of your returning envelope/package. All returns must be processed through USPS. An email confirmation will be sent once your return is processed.
